Siberia Webcams

There is a bunch of high-quality real-time streaming webcams in Siberia. A great source for them is a website of a Russian internet provider called TTK. Right now they have around 30 webcams in different cities from Ekaterinburg to Irkutsk and Listvyanka (overlooking Baikal lake) and the ski resort at Sheregesh.

Since the website is all in Russian, here is a full list of webcams in English:
